The shipping is on us! Bobux offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the USA. Your package will be sent using Track & Trace.

 

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA - USD $10.00

 

To keep things simple for busy parents we provide flat rate shipping. The shipping cost will stay the same, regardless of the size and weight of your package. Your package will be sent using International Post and will be untraced.

  • Estimated delivery times

    3-6 business days for Hawaii and Alaska
    10-15 business days for orders outside the US
  • Lost or damaged goods

    If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 Business Days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Wrong size, not the right color – whatever it is, we are happy to help you find the right product!

You may return unused items in their original condition up to 28 days after receiving your order. The shoe box must also be intact. If the fit is not right, we’ll gladly exchange your purchase for another size or design of the same value or provide you with an online credit. Please make sure the shoes are in original unworn condition, and the box is intact!

The value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a new item, the value of the item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed. We cannot apply discounts from past sales or promotions.

  • Full Price Items

    Items purchased at full price (not part of any sale or promotion) are able to be returned for an exchange, refund or online credit (excluding shipping costs). Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to show in your account from the time it was processed.

    Exchanges are subject to online availability. If your prefered item is not available at the time of processing you will receive a refund or online credit.

  • Sale Items, Store Credits and Gift Vouchers

    Items that are on sale, purchased during a promotion, using online credits and gift vouchers are not able to be exchanged. Items purchased on sale can be returned for a refund or online credit to the same value, excluding shipping. During sale periods, returns may take up to 10 business days to process.

    During web sale promotions, high volumes of traffic can be experienced and sometimes orders cannot be fulfilled. In this case you will be notified within 48 hours, and refunded in full within 10 business days.

  • Shoes purchased through a retailer or third party site

    To exchange or return a product purchased from a Bobux stockist or third party online retailer, please return the item to the store directly.

    Products purchased from online auction sites cannot be returned or exchanged through Bobux. Please contact the seller directly.

REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Returns from within the USA are free! Follow the instructions on the Returns Card in your package to request a postage label. If you do not have your Returns Card, or for any refund and exchange inquiries, Contact Us here. Please include your order number and contact details.

Returns from outside the USA are at the buyer's cost. Follow the instructions on the Returns Card in your package to fill out your Returns Form, pack your shoes, attach the postage label and mail your shoes back. FAULTY ITEMS

We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best and safest materials. However, if a manufacturing gremlin managed to slip past our gatekeepers, please follow the instructions below.

  • Shoes purchased on the Bobux website

    Please get in touch with Customer Services and send through a photo of the fault. Our team will take care of you and manage the returns process. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.
  • Shoes purchased on a third-party website or from an independent retailer

    Please go back to the store that you purchased the product through and follow their returns process.
