To keep things simple for time-poor parents we provide flat rate shipping.
Express orders will be delivered the next day, if received before 3pm, and orders with standard shipping will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days after we have received your order.
Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural postcodes.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
Wrong size, not the right color – whatever it is, we are happy to help you to find the right product!
You may return unused items in original condition up to 28 days after receiving your order. If the fit is not right, we’ll gladly exchange your purchase for another size or design to the same value.
To book a return or exchange
You’ll get a return form and label with your order. Just fill out the form, pack your shoes, attach the supplied label and send your shoes back. Easy.
Returning faulty products
We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best and safest materials. However, if a manufacturing gremlin managed to slip past our gatekeepers, please Contact Customer Service and send through some photos of the shoes. Our customer service team will take care of you and manage the returns process.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.
If items you purchased are returned by mail, the balance will be refunded within 7 days after Bobux has received the goods. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
Shoes not purchased at our offical bobux online shop
Products purchased from online sites such as eBay or Craigslist cannot be returned or exchanged through us.
Items purchased from one of our distributor-specific websites can only be returned to the website the goods were purchased from.
To exchange or return a product purchased from a Bobux stockist, please return the item to the store directly.
