Orders will be shipped within one business day from the date or order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day. Expect delays in dispatch during holidays or sales periods.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
Free Returns
Wrong size, not the right color – whatever it is, we are happy to help you to find the right product!
You may return unused items in original condition up to 28 days after receiving your order. If the fit is not right, we’ll gladly exchange your purchase for another size or design to the same value.
To qualify for free returns:
- Item must be returned within 28 days from time of delivery.
- The returned item must have been purchased at full price. Free returns unavailable for sale items.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Shipping address must be within the U.S. Free returns unavailable for APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Returning faulty products
We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best and safest materials. However, if a manufacturing gremlin managed to slip past our gatekeepers, please Contact Customer Service and send through some photos of the shoes. Our customer service team will take care of you and manage the returns process.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.
Returns
If items you purchased are returned by mail, the balance will be refunded within 7 days after Bobux has received the goods. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
Shoes not purchased at our offical bobux online shop
Products purchased from online sites such as eBay or Craigslist cannot be returned or exchanged through us.
Items purchased from one of our distributor-specific websites can only be returned to the website the goods were purchased from.
To exchange or return a product purchased from a Bobux stockist, please return the item to the store directly.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
At Bobux we use premium materials. We understand that all textiles are not created equal and we use each in a way that utilises their specific strengths and best contributes to the overall performance of the shoe. Given the diversity of our range, we may use a mix of materials and you'll find all the materials used in any given shoe listed in the description of that shoe. Below you will be able to see what care is recommended for each material so you can make good decisions and maximise the longevity of your Bobux shoes. Hope it helps!
MaterialsACTION LEATHER
Wipe with a damp cloth. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.
CANVAS
Use a fabric stain remover for any deep stains, and scrub affected area with a nailbrush. Rinse with cold water, and allow to dry naturally. Avoid getting stain remover or water on any other areas of the shoe, as all materials have different requirements. Dry naturally, away from sunlight. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry.
FULL GRAIN LEATHER
Polish every 2 weeks to keep the shoes in top condition. Light scuffs can be reduced by rubbing a matching coloured shoe polish over affected area. Avoid fully immersing leather in water. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry.
LEATHER
Polish every 2 weeks with a natural polish such as beeswax to keep leather soft and protected. Beeswax will also provide an element of protection from water. Light scuffs can be reduced by rubbing beeswax over affected area. Avoid fully immersing leather in water. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry.

Wipe with a damp cloth. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.
